Quantity

Our minimum order is usually 10 units but we are willing to ship out samples or smaller quantites if required. Bulk discounts are also available.

Prices

Prices do not include VAT or shipping costs. (see below)

Delivery

Quantites of 10+ units are shipped via courier and the standard charge for up to 30 units is £15. Overseas shipping available.

Terms & Conditions

All prices are shown as Great Britain Pounds (£ Sterling) unless otherwise stated and exclude VAT. The shipping price does not include local taxes and duty charges payable in the destination country.

Orders placed before 11:00 am UK time are usually despatched the same day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as these are outside of our control.

The schedule for delivery is as follows:

UK Deliveries: Next working day where possible (Courier or Royal Mail).

Elsewhere in world: Please call and we will quote.

Please note that all orders despatched must be signed for at the delivery address. Please make sure that your delivery address is fully specified together with a valid telephone number. Do not enter a PO BOX as a delivery as we cannot deliver to these.

Please ensure that you enter a valid email address as we send all order confirmation, shipping advices and product manuals by email. Please ensure that you allow us to bypass your your spam, bulk or junk mail filters as it is very important that you receive our email correspondence about your order.

All our products are usually in stock, however, we cannot guarantee this as some items sell out very quickly. If the item you order is not available we will email you to let you know when it will be back in stock.

All products are covered by 12 months warranty against manufacturing faults except where stated. The warranty does not cover misuse or dismantlement of the product. All warranty claims must be made through us and goods returned to us for inspection and resolution as necessary.

You have 7 days in which to try the products after which time you may return for a full refund excluding original/return shipping costs. The goods must be returned in as new and original condition in the original packaging. If the product has been damaged or is incomplete in anyway then a charge will be made for restocking/repair. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
